I believe therapy should help you move forward. As a Solution-Focused Brief Therapist, I work with you to create meaningful change in the present while building the future you want. While there’s always room to explore the past when it offers insight or supports healing, our focus remains on what will help you move forward. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, build on what’s already working, and take practical, achievable steps toward the life and relationships you want. My goal is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, hope, and confidence in your ability to create meaningful change.
I work with individuals, couples, and families working through relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, parenting concerns, and major life transitions. When working with couples, I use the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and help partners reconnect in meaningful ways.
For PTSD and trauma-related distress, I offer Rewind Trauma Therapy, a highly effective, non-intrusive approach that helps the brain process traumatic memories through guided imagery. This method doesn’t require you to relive or describe painful experiences in detail, and many people experience significant relief after just a few sessions.
Above all, I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I value each person’s unique background and welcome conversations about culture, identity, and spirituality.
Reaching out for help takes courage. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your relationships, heal from trauma, work through life’s challenges, or simply feel more like yourself again, I’d be honored to support you as you create the life you want.
