Licensed Mental Health Professional, group practice (Burien, Green Lake, Smokey Point and remote)
Counseling Services for Wellbeing is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our group private practice. Part-time and full-time positions are available depending on your desired income and workload, with real work-life balance. We have offices in Burien, Green Lake Seattle and the Smokey Point area, with openings at each location, plus remote telehealth openings for clinicians who want to offer virtual services while receiving structure and support from our administrative team.
We handle all of your credentialing, scheduling, billing and collections. You will have full administrative support, plus help with your practice including client retention. By accepting client insurance plans, annual revenue can average between 60K and 150K for a masters-level therapist, or 100K to 400K for nurse practitioners, at 20 to 40 client hours per week. Many providers exceed those estimates, and your success depends on your own practice-management efforts.
We mentor and guide you every step of the way, so you can focus on your clients and have the time and energy to provide the best mental health care.
Qualifications
- Psychotherapist with recent experience in a therapeutic setting.
- LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD or PMHNP. All specialties are invited to apply.
- LMFTA, LMHCA and LSWAIC are encouraged to apply as well.
We are looking for a clinician who is excited about growing their own business within ours. That may include some marketing for your individual business and our shared brand, collaborative team meetings and consult groups. This practice is an expansion of Counseling Services for Wellbeing, a thriving independent private practice, and we want to maintain our extensive referral base and add specialties.
We aim for a truly collaborative group practice, sharing and working together for the needs of the community. Other offerings in our clinic come from a holistic health perspective, so our clients have access to services that support the whole person.
