My approach is practical and skills-based, drawing primarily from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we focus on what’s happening in real time and how to shift it, so you leave sessions with tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
I often support clients working through anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and boundary-setting. Many of the people I work with are used to being capable and reliable for others, but feel alone and overlooked with their own needs.
If you’ve done a lot of thinking about what’s going on, but still feel stuck, we’ll focus on what to do next. My goal is to help you feel more in control of your responses, more confident in your decisions, and better equipped to handle what life throws at you. More insight isn’t the solution, knowing what to do next is.
