Hi, I’m Noor Daftani, MSW, LSWAIC, a Licensed Associate Social Worker in the state of Washington with a Master of Social Work degree and over 10 years of experience helping individuals work through life’s challenges and improve their mental well-being. I work with thoughtful, high-functioning individuals working through identity, life transitions, and the sense that something no longer feels aligned. Many of my clients are balancing careers, relationships, or cultural expectations while trying to make sense of who they are and how they want to live.

My approach integrates emotional insight with practical direction. Together, we unpack patterns, work through anxiety and stress, and build clarity around identity and life direction in a way that is both reflective and actionable. I work with adults facing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, low self-esteem, stress, and life transitions.

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I believe therapy is a partnership. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

Together, we can build practical strategies, enhance self-understanding, and help you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. You don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to support you on your journey.
