Maybe you've been holding everything together for everyone else, but lately it's getting harder to keep doing that. You may be dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, a major life change or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Therapy can give you a place to sort through what's happening without judgment while building practical tools that help you feel more in control of your life.

Hi, I'm Nicole. My style is warm, genuine and collaborative. I want you to feel heard, but I also want our work together to help you understand patterns, develop useful coping strategies and make changes that carry into your life outside of therapy.

I earned my Master of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University. I also have training in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working as a Behavioral Technician. During my counseling practicum with The Salvation Army, I worked with people dealing with substance use, recovery and co-occurring mental health concerns. My broader background in behavioral health, healthcare and leadership shapes the way I approach therapy, with empathy, patience, practical problem-solving and respect for each person's experience.

I draw from CBT-informed strategies, behavioral approaches, mindfulness, strengths-based work and psychoeducation, and I shape our work around your needs and goals. I'm especially interested in helping clients with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, coping skills and substance use or recovery-related concerns. Meaningful change doesn't always happen through huge breakthroughs. Sometimes it starts with understanding yourself a little better, noticing patterns that are no longer working for you and making small changes that begin to add up.

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel supported and begin working through things one step at a time. Reach out through the contact form and our team will get us connected.
