I am so glad you’re here. It is brave to seek out help for mental health. I’m Kristina, a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I am passionate about improving the quality of life of those who struggle mentally. This passion originated from my personal experiences with mental health. During our time together, my primary goal is to create a safe atmosphere for you to express and share your concerns. Together, we will design a plan guided by evidence-based practices, which we will monitor throughout for your most effective outcomes. I work remotely and am licensed in Minnesota, Arizona, and Washington.
