Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, working through difficult life transitions, or building self-esteem, I offer a warm, compassionate environment where real growth and healing can happen.

My passion for supporting youth and family systems has been the heartbeat of my career. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of settings including school systems, community mental health centers, and structured youth programs. Through my clinical work at Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center and my time facilitating social-emotional learning with the Boys & Girls Club and AmeriCorps, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful early, intentional support can be. These rich experiences shaped my deep commitment to helping my clients cultivate emotional resilience, self-regulation, and strong, healthy relationships.

Because every individual and family is unique, I view therapy as a collaborative partnership. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based care. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor our sessions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) techniques. Together, we will focus on practical coping strategies, positive psychology, and strengths-based tools that empower youth and families to thrive both in and out of the therapy room.
