I am dedicated and compassionate about providing comprehensive care. I hold a Doctorate degree in Nursing from the University of Washington, and am board-certified and focused on providing holistic, patient-centered, and culturally responsive mental health care. I can help educate patients on medication treatment options and offer them a treatment plan that will best suit their needs to manage their most distressing symptoms while minimizing unwanted side effects. I treat a wide range of disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions.

I am sensitive to the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe in holistic treatments and person-centered care, supporting both pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies to improve and maintain mental health. My goal is not to change the personality of my clients nor take away their ability to feel and express their emotions.

I help clients recognize the how and why behind their conditions, as well as ways to manage thoughts and feelings. This is all done with the philosophy that we are ever-evolving, and setbacks happen.
